It\u2019s in the care we show one another. And it\u2019s in the way we come together\u2014whether it\u2019s to solve tough client challenges or to simply share a laugh. For some of us, it was a long-awaited reunion. For others, it was the first time meeting face-to-face after collaborating virtually for months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We shared meals. We sang karaoke and did a scavenger hunt across the Twin Cities. We solved real problems together. And in between all that, we had the kinds of conversations that remind you just how much a team can care about each other and about the work they do.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That gathering didn\u2019t just feel good.
