As a selling tool, the new site needed to engage decision-makers and make it easy for them to contact and connect with the Ambulance Services team. It also needed to demonstrate how North Memorial Health services are better and more affordable than a well-known competitor\u2019s.<\/p>\n                  <\/div>\n      <\/div>\n\n      <div class=\"flex-wrapper wrap\">\n        <div class=\"flex-3\">\n                      <h3>What we did<\/h3>\n                  <\/div>\n\n        <div class=\"flex-7\">\n                      <ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Guided the <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">North Memorial Health<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> team on best practices in web experience, web accessibility, and development.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Designed and delivered a WordPress site hosted on Pantheon, with modern content management functionality and the technical foundation to support site expansion.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Worked closely with the <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">North Memorial Health<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> marketing team to align design and content, ensuring the brand was consistently reflected.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Developed an interactive map to display the full air care service area while excluding areas past the international border from service rings.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Implemented targeted messaging and images for decision-makers and highlighted phone numbers and contact options across the site.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
