Give to the Max Day signals the nearing of the end of the year and it\u2019s our favorite way to kick off the season of giving. To celebrate GTMD this past November, we continued our tradition of providing each Clockworker a giving card to donate to the causes of their choice. And, we did an additional match for their donations above that amount.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Employee-advised giving<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The giving cards and match are a vehicle for our employee-advised giving practice, a practice that puts our donation dollars into the hands of the organizations close to our employees hearts. Our CEO, Nancy Lyons, spoke with CBS Minnesota<\/a> about how this practice contributes to our \u201cculture of care\u201d and is one way we live our values<\/a> as a company.
