As a business \u2014 in this community, in this city, in this world \u2014 we can\u2019t pretend bad things aren\u2019t happening. There isn\u2019t time to worry about political correctness. This isn\u2019t the time to suggest that our colleagues and friends leave their confusion or feelings at home when they come into the office. There isn\u2019t time to worry about whether it\u2019s \u201cokay\u201d to talk about difficult things with our coworkers, clients, and partners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We challenge other businesses \u2014 everywhere \u2014 to demonstrate support for the Black Lives Matter movement, to have open and tough conversations about what\u2019s going on in the world, and to help each other out. Now\u2019s the time to value humanity over everything else. We have a responsibility to make our communities stronger, better, and more kind. There\u2019s no time to wait.
