We\u2019ve found that&nbsp;<strong>when you bring a human-centered design focus to change and adoption efforts, you make it possible for people to engage<\/strong>&nbsp;with the change on a new level.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Persona creation lets us understand who the change impacts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Journey maps tell us what it means to them<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A \u201cfive whys\u201d exercise answers \u201cWhat\u2019s in it for me?\u201d (the WIIFM)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Co-creating expectations, trainings, and communications generates a relationship to the change you can\u2019t get any other way<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Taken together, you have a recipe for&nbsp;<strong>change enablement<\/strong>.
